I am proud to announce that I have been awarded, for the 8th year in a row, the Microsoft MVP Award. On Tuesday I received the much awaited email, which reads:
Congratulations! We are pleased to present you with the 2014 Microsoft® MVP Award! This award is given to exceptional technical community leaders who actively share their high quality, real world expertise with others. We appreciate your outstanding contributions in Visual C# technical communities during the past year.
So thank you everyone who made this possible, especially to my wife and three kids who had to deal with my absences while speaking at events and user groups. Thank you to all the people who attended and listened to my talks, and thank you to Esther and Microsoft for the opportunity.
Here's to another great year!
